BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Permanent makeup cannot be offered to you if you meet any of the following criteria:

~ You are under 18 years old

~ If Pregnant or Breast Feeding

~ Taking a course of Antibiotics

~ Taking Accutane, Tetracycline or other acne medications

~ You are taking Blood Thinners

~ You are Epileptic

~ Undergoing Chemotherapy or immunosuppressed

(Please beware that the treatment can take up to 3 hours and will require you to lie in one position, so if you suffer with back ache problems please consider and inform me prior to booking)

ALLERGIES & MEDICATION

Before booking your appointment, please notify Tracy of any allergies you may have, particularly to henna, dye or metal, or if you are taking blood thinning tablets or Accutane for skin or acne medications

PATCH TEST

Upon booking you will be posted an allergy patch test kit with instructions on how to complete at home. Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment

CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy

A £50 booking fee is taken to secure your space - booking fees are non refundable. Appointments can be moved only once, with at least 72 hours notice. Any changes to your booking within 72 hours of your appointment time will require a second booking fee. These policies have been put in place to protect the business and apply to all clients.

Your 4-6 week topup appointment will be arranged and booked at your first treatment appointment and will be an AM time slot. The topup appointment can be moved only once, with 72 hours notice. Any further changes to your topup booking will be charged at the first treatment full price.

APPOINTMENT TIME

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. We have a 15 minutes late policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time there will not be enough time for your treatment, your deposit will be lost and you will need to book another appointment at a later date.

GUESTS / CHILDREN

Please attend your appointment alone, we do not have the space to accommodate guests. Our salon is not a suitable environment for children and under no circumstance do we allow children to accompany clients.
